All panels have been sound deadened, insulated with wool, two layers of reflective bubble sheet, and fully carpeted. Roof has sound deadening, 3 layers of reflective bubble sheet, and has been carpeted. Flooring is 12mm marine grade ply-wood. Altro flooring is included(2m x 2.5m) in sale if I don’t have a chance to install.

Two burner, fixed, CampinGaz stove plumbed with flexible gas line to a 4.5KG Calor gas bottle and regulator. 10 liter fresh water bottle included.

Includes 80Ahr Exide Gel leisure battery with voltage sensing relay to charge while driving. Leisure battery is fused from the primary battery under the hood. Battery disconnect with fuse panel for all lights and loads off the leisure battery. Power/Voltage meter with 4 USB charging ports. 6 LED ceiling lights, LED bar lights above the stove and both doors. Rear reading light. All lights are wired with insulated push-on spade connectors so can easily be changed. There is an external AC hookup but this is NOT wired to a breaker. The cabling has been left under the drivers seat for installation at a later date if wanted. New Sony stereo upfront with bluetooth, SD card, Aux input, and remote control.

Loads of storage under the bed and at the rear. Space under the bed can fit two large tubs, perfect for food and cooking gear. The rear space fits a large Organic bouldering pad with the bed up or down. Lower right rear storage can fit camp chairs, stick clip, and any longer items. Nomad 3-Day cool box is included along with the Weber Go-Anywhere charcoal BBQ, charcoal starter, and bag of charcoal. Also included are 2 new windshield and rear window shades and a collapsable camp table from decathlon. I will include the cooking pots, pans, plates, and glasses pictured below.

The body has the usual bumps and scrapes for a vehicle of this age. The previous owner has touched up some of the paint nicks. There is some light surface rust starting just above the driver side rear wheel well. Overall in good condition.

We have owned the van for about a year and have had no issues at all. Recently completed a two week, 1,000 mile trip to the outer Hebrides without a hitch.
